Join us to run or walk 3 -5 miles on the W&OD. Co-hosted by Grassroots Fitness and DC Capital Striders Running Group, we meet at 6:30p.m. for announcements, then run together around 6:40p.m. We will break into pace groups and run toward Hunter Mill. If is your first time joining us, please sign our waiver. Joann Meginley, of Grass Roots Fitness, is our run leader.
