Caboose Brewing Company’s culinary team uses regional farms, foragers and purveyors to ensure the quality ingredients are at their peak freshness and quality. We proudly partner with local farms such as Maple Avenue Market, Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op, Yohanan Farm, FireFly Farms and Trickling Springs Creamery on our menu. The culinary team has forged a relationship with these local farmers to make sure the products we’re sourcing and our menu reflect the season, ensuring peak freshness and seasonality.

The culinary team changes our menu regularly keeping ingredients fresh and at their peak in both quality and taste. You can expect to find your favorite staples like mac & cheese alongside elevated, chef driven small plates. Among other things, we feature grass fed beef, house made catsup, pickles & mustards and finish your experience off with rich homemade desserts.
